Travel Grant Recipients:

Your Travel Grant reimbursement is to be used for any or all of the following:

• Travel Accommodations (flight, train, etc.)

• Hotel Room

 

In Addition, Travel Grant Recipients receive:

• Complimentary registration for the meeting.

 

Travel Grants cannot be used for meals.

 

 

Instructions on conference registration, hotel reservations, and reimbursements:
 

Travel grant applicants should make hotel reservations as soon as possible to assure accommodations are available.  In the event that attendance is not possible, these reservations can be canceled.

 

Applicants should also register for the conference by the early conference registration deadline, and select “Send Payment" as the payment type.  If they do not receive a travel grant, but subsequently are able to obtain funding from other sources, they will be charged the early registration fee even if they pay after that deadline.

 

All expenses awarded will be reimbursed after the conference and will require original receipts submitted no later than 45 days after the last day of the conference on Sunday, July 1, 2018 (this deadline is considered August 15, 2018).
