Substitutes for Members & Non-Members

 

If you are unable to attend, please contact Tesha White at twhite@naahp.org or call the National Office at (217)355-0063 to substitute another person in your place without a handling fee.

 

Cancellation Fees

 

Cancellation requests made on or before April 30, 2018, are subject to a $50 handling fee.

 

Cancellation requests made on or between May 1 - 31, 2018 are subject to a $100 handling fee.

 

The registration fee is non-refundable if the cancellation request is made on or after June 1, 2018.
