Presenter Information

Concurrent Session Presenters:

Presenters had been contacted regarding their session's audio/visual needs for confirmation. In that message, the session name with program ID was also listed (Example: CS1-XX). You can find where your session is located in the online program. Below is the concurrent session presentation dates.

 

Thursday, June 28, 2018:

CS1 - 1:45 - 2:35 pm

CS2 - 2:45 - 3:35 pm

CS3 - 3:45 - 4:05 pm

 

Friday, June 29, 2018:

CS4 - 8:30 - 8:50 am

CS5 - 11:00 - 11:50 am

 

Sunday, July 1, 2018:

CS6 - 10:00 - 10:50 am

**ALL PRESENTERS ARE ASKED TO BRING THEIR OWN LAPTOP IF ONE IS NEEDED.**

All Concurrent Session Presenters will receive an email the first full week

of June 2018 regarding the following information:

  • A reminder of the Date/Time of the session

  • Room Assignment

  • Number of Attendees that selected to attend the session

  • Audio/Visual (previously confirmed by all presenters)

  • Moderator for your session

Poster Presenters:

Posters will be presented on display boards measuring 4 foot high and 8 foot wide.

Please create your poster with these dimensions in mind and bring the printed poster with you to
the conference. If you need printing services, there is a FedEx office in the Washington Hilton to assist you.

Pushpins will be provided for you to mount your poster onto the display board.

 

Poster Sessions will take place on Saturday, June 30, 2018 from 8:00 - 10:00 PM in Georgetown.

 

Presentation Format:

Presenters are encouraged to stand beside their poster and answer questions to attendees at the session. However, presenters are not required to stay with their poster throughout the duration of the event. Presenters are free to leave their poster unattended and visit the silent auction reception area.

Proposal Submission has Closed

Thank you to all those who have submitted proposals for both concurrent session and poster session consideration, over 200 proposals were submitted! Proposal submission has ended for all sessions and the Proposal Review Committee has reviewed all of the proposals. Notification was sent to all presenters on December 1, 2017. If you did not receive a notification, be sure to check all spam/junk filters and ensure that you did not unsubscribe from NAAHP, Inc.'s Constant Contact messages.

Additionally, please locate the confirmation email you received after submitting your proposal for consideration and have it prepared to forward to the contact below.

 

After you have checked your email security settings and verified that you are still subscribed to NAAHP, Inc.'s Constant Contact messages, feel free to contact Sam Shafer at sshafer@naahp.org concerning the status of your proposal submission.
